After a weekend of not so good eating and no exercise I am having a hard time focusing and getting back on track and to boot it is TOM. I am fighting a hard one right now I will do it thought. Hopeing to hit up the gym today for the first time since i got my new membership I can't wait.

It can be so hard to get started sometimes, Vanessa. But once you get on track, nothing feels better because you know what a positive difference it will make in your mind and body. So hang in there and don’t give up. I’m sure things will get easier for you soon! :-D
